ABOUT HUBBEL
Welcome to Gondwanaland, an isolated and unique northernmost island ruled by those with a truly carnal instinct.
Gondwana is a beautiful place, very much like our own world, except... it is governed, ruled and populated by animals...
-- very intelligent animals.
Meet Bill Hubbel, an unusual sea-bird oddity. Why? Because he is a blue-footed booby.
Yes, bright blue webby feet in all its glory.
As a left-brain problem solver, Hubbel can also be very imaginative. If only his body faculties could keep up with his hair-brained ideas
and I.Q. Instead, his smarty-pants attitude can get him into a lot of sticky situations. It's a good thing he has friends to help him get
through those troubling times.
Hubbel is selfish yet endearing, almost at the same time. He is confident in his head, unless you bring up his lack-luster talents
and obnoxious blue feet.
His best friend and co-worker – his complete opposite --happens to be a salt water crocodile named, Dilly Dee Duff.
While Hubbel is an extremely intelligent bird, Dilly...not so much. But always remember, this comic is full of surprises!
They both work at a zany video game studio called, Gork Games , where most anything can happen...
AND IT USUALLY DOES!
At day’s end, it is usually Hubbel who has learned a life lesson.
Follow his crazy daily antics and escapades at Gork Games, where he works with all his very best friends...
- Dilly, the salt water crocodile
- Hanna, the hyena
- Archie-bald, the black mamba
- Pettles, the wort hog
- Hermit, the whatzit
- Ardimus, the anteater
- Boopee, the walrus
- Mr. Silver, the gorilla
- Ronan, the starfish
...and many others who work hard to meet deadlines, crunch the midnight hour, and try to have a social life while building meaningless video games. Yep, this is just a slice of life in Gondwanaland.
Whether you are carnal, or not, Come hang out with us in Gondwanaland.
Whether you are a gamer, or not, Come hang out with us at Gork Games.
What you see at the zoo will probably be similar to what you see here.
Bring your funny bone. Hopefully, we can make you smile.
Bonus points if you laugh out loud.
"Blip blip. Beep beep. Boop Boop."
Join us on this adventurous, zany and amazing ride!

BEWARE OF PC
OH NO! DUCK!
In Gondwanaland, PC actually stand for the ol' famous "Poo Chuck".
Remember going to the zoo and seeing them pesky apes and monkeys chuck poo at unsuspecting bystanders?
Yep, them crazy apes may be civilized in Gondwanaland, but they can still throw a fistful of their homemade brew if you're not careful.
Yep, gotta watch out for that PC crap.
Butt really...
In Gondwanaland, life is basically what it is. If you need to call someone a big fat pig,
they probably are a big fat pig.
Literally.
How about calling your boss a big, durpy Ape?
Yep, go ahead, cuz at Gork Games, the boss is a big, durpy Ape.
This is Gondwanaland. It is what it is.
Welcome to this amazingly pure, untouched, untainted world.
So, the real question is this....How does our modern world relate to the world of a very intelligent blue footed booby who can waddle, talk, drive, and who will probably annoy the living crap out of you?
Find out by reading and supporting my comic, "Hubbel".

Behind the Scenes:
Lots and lots of "Hubbel" comic illustrations.
I have thousands of comics sitting in a stack waiting to be born on the internet or in a comic book.
If I posted 1 comic a week on a web-comic site, I could easily be busy for 20 years! (only counting what I have now!)
I have started on a full comic book titled, "Hubbel Comic Book #1" (the First 100 Comics) which will basically be a compilation of the first 100 comics since the inception of, "Hubbel".

"Hubbel" History:
The comic, "Hubbel" was created in the year 2000 by Bamzee in the basement of his very modest rambler home in WVC, Yoo-Tawr.
The comic was first titled, "Hubbel Employed".
The earliest drawing of Bill Hubbel is dated from 2003. (note that it is spelled Hubbell?)

Bill Hubbel started as a toucan/ hornbill that sort of looked like an odd-looking human.
It is funny to look back and see where everything started and how the characters were first created.
Bill Hubbel sort of evolved into a blue-footed booby. It eventually made sense.
And the feet....what a boost to his character!
Over the years, "Hubbel" has evolved into a real living, breathing, life form.
It is so strange how an idea can take on a life of it's own.
"Hubbel" is just that. It's a living, breathing, tangible concept with an potential future that can compare to successful comics such as
Calvin and Hobbes, Peanuts, The Far Side, and Garfield.
I have worked hard for over 20 years developing this comic in hopes that I can be proud of the path that has been paved.
My focus is not only in the humor, but also in the heart. My ideas MUST have endearing moments, loveable characters, and honesty.
(Not some political agenda or movement)
I would love to have fellow loony-boobies all over the world join us on this grand adventure!
At the moment, I'm not really sure where this path will lead. I create about 10 comics per day.
(added to my tote of drawings until I can post them online)
For now, my wife, kids, and I will continue to laugh and giggle at the silly antics of Hubbel and his cohorts.
So, keep reading.
Drop me a line...and I'll do my best to start posting many many new comics.
