I drew this more than five years ago. I got about a third of the way into coloring it when I stopped. So, is it wildly out of date? Yes. It’s honestly a miracle I finished it at all between toddlers climbing on me and the pain in my shoulder and elbow.
I don’t know what the future holds, but I desperately miss creating illustrations. Especially of these guys. When I happened across this unfinished piece on my iPad last week, I had a massive panic attack. I couldn’t calm down. I was seized by a need to finish it. And now that it’s done, the impulse isn’t really gone.
Anyway, my son is trying to take iPad. Hope it’s not another five years.
