Cover art for this one was tough... I wanted to do something different than my usually dragon paintings, while at the same time invoke a tease of some of the upcoming story elements. Not sure that I pulled it off... But as I go on the projects, I feel I will be able to explore all kinds of different processes and expressing myself through this art. That's what I love so much about the idea of a webcomic... I find myself always doing little side paintings here and there-- or doing storyboard samples for ad agency work, etc... I figure, "why not kill many birds with one stone? create a story while doing all of that!"
