Technically that’s the minimum number of words that the Navy stipulated when they paid for a propagandized version of “Crocodile Rock”, so the band can just play the rest as an instrumental.
Aaaaahh I love words that sound like they go together due to syllables and rhythm..
I wonder why we haven’t found more mummified walrus bodies in Egyptian tombs. What, too good for them? I’d like to see the Ammut even try to eat out a walrus heart. It’s wayyy in there.
Nah: Wildly different songs (this is from a song I wrote circa 2003), but if I’d known there was military funding to be had, yeah, “Crocodile Rock” parody incoming.
Cold: Wow, two croc-related posts in a row! The heart may be behind a whole lotta blubber, but the fat’s the best part of the brisket.
I’m still confused about why the mummy is being called Bastet when there clearly isn’t a cat head under those wrappings, but maybe Bastet was infamous for altering deals?

I really hope this series ends by looping back around to Equals walking into the restaurant.
Also, due to mentions of parodying Crocodile Rock, I am legally required to post this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kR0gOEyK6Tg
Even if that was the plan, I’d have to change it now! C’mon, man, I can’t play to stated hopes or expectations!
(For the record, that wasn’t the plan. The plan was actually only for three episodes.)
Those first two panels are great, by the way.
