Suggested Listening: MGMT: Weekend Wars
Since it’s been awhile, I’d like to remind everyone that this chapter takes place four days after chapter one, and Killavox’s attack.
Welcome back, dear readers! Finally, the third domino falls. What happens now you ask? We shall see. But, when dominos fall in a narration, it’s typically not good. So, what is Department Omega? The federal agency that researches meta-deviants, regulates those that wish to use their talents to fight crime, and investigates meta-deviant crimes.
I STRONGLY suggest you go back 3 pages and start reading from HERE. That’s page 56 “The First Domino”. Need more incentive? Well, it’s got an old drunk naked guy. Seriously.
So, am I really going to carry on like I’ve been updating this comic regularly since 2011? Yeah. Why? I have no words. Can you believe it? This guy that fills the Author’s Notes with volumes can’t say a little something about his very first webcomic getting updated for the first time since 2019? I had to. SDMW started in the Year of The Rabbit, 2011. It just so happens 2023 is a Year of the Rabbit. I couldn’t let it pass. I can’t promise regular updates, but I seem to be on a roll with getting things done.
I went back to read from the jumping point you gave, but I really should read from the beginning. It's been a while. Good to see this comic is still alive, though. I figured maybe it had been dropped in favor of Apocalypse Pizza.
