Comic Culling Begins

In an effort to clean up the list, we're beginning a regular culling of the list.

Any webcomic that hasn't received a vote within 60 days will be set to unactive and not show up on the list until the comic owner goes back in and sets themself to active. Further, any webcomic that has been on the list more than 30 days that doesn't have a vote button will also be set to unactive.
If you are a web comic owner and your webcomic was disabled tonight, feel free to set yourself back to active, this is only an attempt to clean up the list.
